EU funding opportunities for our clients

Romania has already some experience in EU Fund management. During the fifteen years previous to the accession, the EU allocated around 6.500 million EURO to Romania through the main pre-accession funds (ISPA, SAPARD and PHARE). These programs covered a wide variety of projects, including civil society development, institution building to support the implementation of the EU body of laws and regulations, public administration support and regional and local development (waste water plants, roads or railroads), thus preparing Romania for the EU accession.

On the first of January 2007 Romania became a Member of the European Union. Since the accession, Romania has started preparations to fully participate in all EU policies (competition policy, internal market, common agricultural policy, health and consumers protection, enterprise and industry, transport and energy etc).
